Entering the contest is really quite simple. The official rules are below and we've also included some FAQs to help you out.
Q: How many times can I enter?
A: Every day and as many times as you'd like. However, only the first 20 correct responses are eligible for the daily gift card while all correct responses are elible for the Amazon Kindle Fire.
Q: Do I have to post the same day the question was posted?
A: Yes, responses are only permitted the same day as the question is posted which stops at 12:01am Central Standard.
Q: Where do I post my answer?
A: Your official response has to be made as a comment to the original post that contains the trivia question.
Q: How do I win the Amazon Kindle Fire?
A: Just answer the question correctly on the same day the question was posted. A winner will be selected at random after the last day.
Q: Do I have to be one of the first 20 to win the Amazon Kindle Fire?
A: No, the first 20 entries with the correct answer only applies to the daily drawing for the gift card. All correct entires are entered to win the Amazon Kindle Fire.
Q: Can I win more than once?
A: Yes, winning a daily drawing does not prevent you from entering and winning the next daily drawing or the Amazon Kindle Fire.
Q: What if I submit my response when only 4 responses are visible but it takes Facebook a few minutes to post my comment and I end up at #21 or anywhere outside the first 20?
A: Unfortunately, you would not be eligible for the daily drawing as we have no control over the method, timing, or prioritization Facebook uses to update our post with your response.
Q: What if I answer correctly but I'm correct answer #21 and only the first 20 are eligible?
A: If you are correct answer #21, you're still entered to win the Amazon Kindle Fire. However, only the first 20 will be eligible for the daily gift card.
Q: How will I know if my answer was correct?
A: Once the first 20 correct comments/responses are submitted, we'll announce the correct answer (hint).
Q: When will the winners be announced?
A: The daily winner will be selected at random and announced as soon as we reach the 20 correct-entry limit but no later than the following day. The winner of the Amazon Kindle Fire will be announced within 2 weeks of the end of the contest.

How to Enter: A published schedule will be posted in Dr. Smith’s Facebook page and on Dr. Smith’s Website. This published schedule will contain the dates and times of entry and will vary throughout the contest. Dates and times are subject to change. Official entry is subject to “Liking” Dr. Smith’s Facebook page and correctly answering the posted trivia question. Only the first twenty (20) correctly answered responses per post will be accepted. You may enter the Dr. Smith’s "Tiny Trivia" sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") in either of the following ways: (i) online by visiting the Dr. Smith’s Facebook Page and commenting within the trivia question post (limit one (1) online entry per Facebook profile, per eligible person, per day, per question); or (ii) hand printing your name, complete address and daytime phone number either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8.5 x 11 inches, and mailing the postcard or paper to: "Dr. Smith’s Tiny Trivia - Entry," 122 E. Houston St. San Antonio, TX 78023. Entrants using U.S. mail may enter as often as they wish. Mail-in entries must be postmarked on the same day as the posting of the trivia question on Dr. Smith’s Facebook page and received within seven (7) business days. Limit one (1) entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced entries or labels will not be accepted. Incorrect, illegible, and incomplete entries are void. A purchase will not increase chance of winning.
Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 21 years of age or older, except employees and members of their households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of Mission Pharmacal Company, ("Main Sponsor"), GDC, Inc., and other participating sponsors and their respective parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies and all local sponsors (collectively with Main Sponsor, the "Sweepstakes Entities").
Privacy: When you enter at the Dr. Smith’s Facebook page, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails and reminders for upcoming Dr. Smith’s promotions and information about Dr. Smith’s. Consenting to receive such e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the Sweepstakes and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Mission Pharmacal Company, LLC, which is available on the Dr. Smith’s Website.
Limitations of Liability: The Sweepstakes Entities and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all Internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human error; technical malfunctions; failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes; inability to access the Dr. Smith’s Website; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; printing or human or other errors; and any entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, mutilated, illegible or postage due, or any combination thereof. Proof of mailing, in person submission, or online submission is not considered proof of delivery or receipt. All entries become the property of Main Sponsor and will not be returned. By entering, all participants and/or entrants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, their respective representatives and agents, advertising and promotion agencies, sweepstakes partners and prize suppliers, and all of their respective affiliated companies, employees, officers, directors and shareholders, from and against all claims and damages or liability arising in connection with each entrant's participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or their receipt or use of any prize awarded in this Sweepstakes or due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. How Winners will be Determined: One (1) Grand Prize Winner and five (5) Daily Winners will be selected in a random drawing based on the published schedule from among all eligible entries by GDC, Inc., an independent judging organization ("Sweepstakes Administrator"), and will be contacted via Dr. Smith’s Facebook Wall within seven (7) days of the drawing. The name of the prospective Grand Prize Winner may be posted on the Dr. Smith’s Website and Facebook page. Main Sponsor's decisions with respect to Grand Prize Winner and other matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes shall be final. The prospective winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability and publicity (where permitted), and return same, properly executed, within ten (10) days of issuance of prize notification. If Main Sponsor is unable to contact the prospective winner, if the prospective winner fails to complete and return all requested forms by the specified date or if the prospective winner fails to comply with any of the requirements, his/her prize will be forfeited and an alternate prospective winner shall be selected. By entering into the Sweepstakes, all entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Main Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the Sweepstakes, or to terminate the Sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes using all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on the Dr. Smith’s Website. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
Prizes: Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive an Amazon Kindle Fire. Total value of Grand Prize: $199.00. Five (5) Daily Winners will receive a $25 Visa Gift Card. Total value of all prizes in the Sweepstakes: $324.00.
All costs, taxes, fees, and expenses associated with any element of any prize not specifically addressed above are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the Grand Prize Winner's responsibility. The specifics of all aforementioned elements of the prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by Main Sponsor. Some restrictions may apply. The Grand Prize cannot be transferred or substituted except at Main Sponsor's sole discretion. Main Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize, or portions thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value. The Grand Prize will be awarded.
Winner's List/Rules Requests: Beginning on or about November 1, 2011 you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner, either by going to the Dr. Smith’s Website or mailing a legal sized stamped self-addressed envelope ("SASE") to: "Dr. Smith’s Tiny Trivia – Winner's List”, 122 E. Houston St. San Antonio, TX 78205. Requests received after January 20, 2012 will not be honored. For a copy of these official rules, send a SASE prior to the end date of the Sweepstakes to "Dr. Smith’s Tiny Trivia - Rules Request," 122 E. Houston St. San Antonio, TX 78205.
