My 12 month old daughter has had frequent and persistant diaper rashes her entire life. I have probably gone through 12 tubes of Desitin in the last 12 months (my son only went through 1 tube his whole first year). This last rash was particularly severe.

Less than 24 hours ago she was so raw that she was bleeding in several places. I have tried everything with this rash! Nothing was working and her poor little butt was so bad, I was fighting an up-hill battle and losing. She would start to get better, and then as soon as she pooped it was back to square one - or worse.

I read about Dr. Smith's here on epinions.com and since I was desperate and about to go insane, I loaded my 2 toddlers in the car and took them to walgreens (you know I was desperate if I took 2 toddlers to the store unassisted, lol).
