Top 5 hints from Heloise

  1. Boo-Boo Hints: Use a red washcloth, which shows no blood, and tiny frozen fast-food condiment packages as ice packs, remove bandage, without an ouch, by covering first with baby or mineral  oil.

  2. Organizing Bathtub Toys? Corral them with a plastic colander or mesh vegetable bag, which go right into the tub and allows for easy drying.

  3. When Traveling with Children for an Outing or to a Theme Park: Create or buy a family t-shirt in a bright color that every family member wears and will be easy to spot in a crowd.

  4. High Chair Sliding: Stop baby from slipping by putting non-skid shelf liner or bathtub appliqués on the bottom of the chair.

  5. Organizing Tot’s Clothes: Put complete outfits, underpants and all, in a large zipper bag. On the weekend, put together a week’s worth to save stress and time on hectic mornings!
